What Does the following brain MRI Scan Result Indicate? 

I just received the results of my brain MRI. I notes there are some punctuate and patchy areas of altered signal intensity seen in the periventricukar and subcritical deep white matter. It also states mild mucosal thickening seen in the right sphenoid and bilateral ethmoid and maxillary sinuses. Can you explain to me what that means,
